Competition Policies in the Digital Age Workshop
Erdem & Erdem Competition and Compliance Department Managing Associates Ecem Süsoy Uygun and Anıl Acar, together with our Associate Yiğit Alp Aslan, attended the "Competition Policies in the Digital Age" Workshop held in Ankara on 26 June 2026.
Organized by the Turkish Competition Authority, the workshop explored the future of competition policy in digital markets, the interaction between ex-ante and ex-post enforcement mechanisms, data-driven business models, multi-sided platforms, and emerging competition issues arising in AI markets.
Bringing together representatives from academia, public institutions, the private sector and civil society, the workshop provided a valuable forum for exchanging views on recent developments in digital competition policy and contributing to the ongoing "Competition Policies in the Digital Age Report".
