Erdem & Erdem Advised Bunge Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and Viterra Turkey Tarım Limited Şirketi on Their Merger
We are proud to announce the completion of the merger between Bunge Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Bunge Gıda”) and Viterra Turkey Tarım Limited Şirketi (“Viterra Turkey”), carried out in accordance with Corporate Tax Code No. 5520 and Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.
This merger process constitutes the Turkish leg of the global merger between Bunge and Viterra. The merger between the companies in Türkiye was approved by the general assemblies of both companies and was officially registered on 16 March 2026.
With the completion of the final post-merger structure, Koninklijke Bunge B.V. remains the sole shareholder of the merged company, Bunge Gıda.
